How to Activate Your Phone

Just a few simple steps and you’ll be on your way to enjoying free Heritage Wireless service!

If You Kept Your Own Phone

  1. Insert your Heritage Wireless SIM card.
  2. Power on your phone and allow the SIM and device to pair.
  3. Once pairing is complete, make a test call.

If You Received a New Heritage Wireless Phone

  1. Turn on your new phone.
  2. Make a test call, or dial 611 from your new device.
  3. Press option 1 when prompted and enter required info.

Your Phone Should Now Be Activated

Please be sure to make at least one phone call a month in order to keep your free service activated.
